Sliding scale is a reduced rate for individuals who are interested in engaging in therapy, yet who are facing financial challenges. Let’s discuss this together to determine payment options.
Insurance:
Although I am considered an out-of-network provider, I can provide you a superbill with diagnosis codes, dates of service, amounts paid and outstanding, for direct reimbursement from your health insurance provider.
